Appointing the new deputy director meeting

On November 1st 2021, at our conference room, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien – Director of Michem Vietnam informed officially that Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khiem, who had been the manager of the Rubber & Plastics sales team before, has been appointed to become Deputy Director of Michem Vietnam since November 2021.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Michem Vietnam’s Director said congratulation to Mr. Khiem and showed the belief in Mr. Khiem that he will promote capacity, intelligence and creativity to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to the company’s development day by day. Moreover, Mr. Thien also hopes that Mr. Khiem in a new position together with the board of Directors and all staff will unite to promote the achievements and continue to make efforts to make Michem become one of the leading chemical distributors in Vietnam. The Director asked the staff to create favorable conditions and support Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khiem promote his new leadership role to contribute to improving the professionalism in the company’s activities.

Mr. Khiem gave a speech to take in charge of a new position.

In his speech for his new role, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khiem was very moved to express his gratitude to the Director and the company’s staff for their trust, respect, and recognition. This is a very important and meaningful moment in his career, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khiem – Deputy CEO of the company committed to strive to complete the assigned tasks, promising to work with The Board of Directors and all employees lead the company to develop, achieve the set goals, and he will show he is worthy of the expectations of the company’s leaders.

At the ceremony, Mrs. Pham Nhat Anh – the representative of the Administration and Human Resources Department congratulated the new Deputy Director on his new position and appreciated Mr. Khiem when he worked as a manager of Rubber & Plastics Sales Team.

Representative of Sales Department, Ms. Le Ngoc Tham gave flowers and congratulated Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khiem on receiving the appointment decision to hold the position of Deputy Managing Director of Michem Vietnam.
